Start your day by identifying 3–5 key tasks to accomplish. Use the SMART method (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) h to your day

Prioritize Tasks

Divide tasks into four categories: P1-Urgent & Important, P3-Imp but Not Urg, P2-Urg but Not Imp, and P4-Neither. Focus on tasks in the "Urgent & Important" quadrant first
